Paafekt accounts are created with phone number verification through Firebase Authentication. Paafekt does not maintain a separate app account database for your room photos, generated room models, or profile outside Firebase Authentication.
Use this page if you need the web resource requested by Google Play, or if you cannot access the app and need help deleting your account.
1. Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Paafekt mobile app.
- Open Paafekt.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
What happens next
The app deletes your Firebase Authentication account, signs you out, and removes the authentication session from the device.
2. What is deleted
Deleting your account removes the Firebase Authentication account associated with your phone number. This is the account system Paafekt uses for OTP sign-in.
- Your Firebase Authentication user record is deleted.
- Your active sign-in session is cleared from the app.
- Paafekt does not sell account data and does not maintain a separate server database of room scans or generated rooms.
3. Local device data
Room photos, generated room models, and saved room data are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to Paafekt servers for room generation.
You can delete saved rooms in the app. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling Paafekt from your device.
4. Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request here. Include the phone number associated with your Paafekt account. Do not send OTP codes or sensitive documents.
We may ask you to verify ownership of the phone number before deletion. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days.
